something weird is going on with my body. i am definitely not sleeping enough yet i can’t fall asleep.
i don’t think i’m exactly feeling anxious about anything… since i’m probably too sleep deprived and tired to actually feel it.
sure, my caffeine intake is sometimes a bit higher but cmon, how much caffeine can exist in desserts??
my average sleep duration in the past one and a half week or so is probably, what, 4 hours? i am not even power napping effectively now WTF.
it’s almost 3am now and i am kinda pissed cos i can’t fucking sleep. is my body already adapting back to the European timezone? yeah i don’t need to be pre-jetlagged. ffs i don’t usually have jetlags cos i have a horrible sleeping schedule.
but the current pattern is a bit concerning since i work out much more now, which implies higher physical fatigue, yet what the fuck is sleep and recovery???
just documenting this here in case of a sudden death due to lack of sleep.
